  • Global Phoenix
  • Credit
  • Legal
  • Customer Delivery
  • Sales

The default display is My Tasks that provides a list of the tasks assigned to the accessing User in an OPEN status. Users have the option to filter by My Teams Tasks that provides a list of tasks assigned to all Users on the same team (as defined in Guard), including the tasks assigned by the accessing User. Another filter is My Processed Tasks that shows all those tasks where user was associated (initiated or once assigned but its not assigned to User anymore)

There are two types of information that can be displayed:

  • Tasks (Initial Requests): This includes ACH/Wire - Verification, FLEXI Fund - Rejection, Funding Review - COA, Booking Review, Credit Request, Legal Request, and Pricing Request.
  • Notifications: This includes ACH/Wire - Notification, Booking Failed, Booking Notification, and Funding Review Notification.

Choose a task by selecting the circle check box next to the task or by clicking on any part of the line item. The Task Details portlet opens displaying the task details and provides the ability to work a request, reassign a task to another user (only available for credit, legal, and pricing requests), and mark a task as completed. See Also: Task Details.

NOTES:

  • Tasks (Initial Requests) are automatically closed when a task is Approved/Booked from the Process Request link on the Task Details portlet; however, if a task is not actioned using the Process Request link (e.g., actioned directly from the portlet), then the User will need to mark the task completed on the Task Details portlet.
  • The Approve/Book status will remain until a task is marked completed.
  • Notifications require the User to close the task from the Task Details portlet. Once a task is completed, it is removed from the Task Selection list.
