The Task Details portlets provides additional information when a Task ID (hyperlink) is selected from the Task Selection portlet. The Task Details is available based on your role and permissions. The information displayed varies based on the Portal Community you are on. Currently, the Task Details is shown on the Home page in the following communities:
- Global Phoenix
- Sales
- Credit
- Legal
- Pricing
There are two types of information that can be displayed:
- Tasks (Initial Requests): This includes ACH/Wire - Verification, FLEXI Fund - Rejection, Funding Review - COA, Booking Review, Credit Request, Legal Request, and Pricing Request.
- Notifications: This includes ACH/Wire - Notification, Booking Failed, Booking Notification, and Funding Review Notification.
NOTES:
- Tasks (Initial Requests) are automatically closed when a task is Approved/Booked from the Process Request link on the Task Details portlet; however, if a task is not actioned using the Process Request link (e.g., actioned directly from the portlet), then the User will need to mark the task completed on the Task Details portlet.
- The Approve/Book status will remain until a task is marked completed.
- Notifications require the User to close the task from the Task Details portlet. Once a task is completed, it is removed from the Task Selection list.

How To Do It

Mark a task as competed. NOTE: Tasks (Initial Requests) are automatically closed when a task is Approved/Booked from the Process Request link on the Task Details portlet; however, if a task is not actioned using the Process Request link (e.g., actioned directly from the portlet), then the User will need to mark the task completed on the Task Details portlet.

RESULT: The task is removed from the Task Selection portlet.

Process a request.

- Select the Process Request located on the bottom left side of the portlet e.g.,
 The applicable page and portlet opens where you can process the request. - When the task is a Notification, mark a task as competed.
RESULT: The task is removed from the Task Selection portlet.
NOTE: Tasks can also be processed by directly accessing the applicable Page and Portlet.

Reassign a task to another user(only available for credit, legal, and pricing requests).
CREDIT:
- Credit Analysts can only reassign a task within their team.
- Credit Managers can reassign a task across all teams within a geo
- Regional Credit Managers can reassign across all geo's.

Request Status

Displays the status of the request. The options are:
- Credit: Review Required, More Info Needed, Approved, Prescreen complete, Declined, Conditional Approval, Withdrawn, More Info Provided Recommend for approval.
- Legal: Pending Credit Approval, More Info Needed, Abandoned, Negotiation Complete, Team Leader Handling, More Info Provided, Response Required.
- Pricing: Submit Special Bid, Complete, Complete-Revised, In Process, Resubmit Special Bid, ROE Tool Approved, ROE Tool Rejected, More Info Needed, More Info Provided.
- Funding: New (new request), Approve (user to approve), Reject (user to reject).
- Booking: New (new request), Book (user to approve), Reject (user to reject).
- ACH/Wire: New (new request), Approve (user to approve), Reject (user to reject).

The User ID the task was assigned to. Editable for credit, legal, and pricing requests.

The CD Team the task was assigned to.

Workflow ID
|
System internal identification number.

Initiated On
|
Displays the creation date of the task.

Task Status
|
Drop down menu that allows you to filter by the task status as follows:
Time Out: Currently Disabled. Defines specified days a task is not completed in.
