Based on your role, you will see "your tasks" and "your teams tasks" as follows:

This portlet allows authorized Roles to re-assign a task to another user. If you are authorized, you will see an additional column that displays a hyperlink pencil icon . If you click on , the "Assigned To" column becomes a drop down menu where you can select a user you wish to assign the task to.

The following lists the roles that currently have the permissions to reassign a task to another user.

Drop down menu that allows you to filter by:

  • My Tasks

Status

Drop down menu that allows you to filter by the task status as follows:

  • Open
  • Completed
  • Cancelled

Category

Drop down menu that allows you to filter by request category as follows:

  • Credit Request - Prescreen (request for risk rating)
  • Credit Request - New Request
  • Credit Request -I ncrease (to an existing line)
  • Credit Request - Cancelled/Withdrawn by sales
  • Credit Request - Pre-Approval
  • Legal Request (All)
  • Legal Request -Legal Docs
  • Pricing Request (All)
  • Pricing Request -Pricing

Due Date

Use to enter a from and to date to filter the tasks by.

Task ID

Use to enter the Task ID to filter the tasks by.

Account Name

Use to enter the Account Name to filter the tasks by.

Submitted By

Drop down menu listing user names to filter by.

Submitted Date

Use to enter a submitted date to filter by.

Task ID

Displays the Task ID and hyperlink that opens the associated task on the Task Management page

Account Name

Displays the name of the account

Credit Line Requested

Displays the requested credit amount.

Type

Displays the type of task request:

  • Credit
  • Pricing
  • Legal

Category

Displays the task category. The options are:

  • Credit Request - Prescreen (request for risk rating)
  • Credit Request - New Request
  • Credit Request - Increase (to an existing line)
  • Credit Request - Cancelled/Withdrawn by sales
  • Credit Request - Pre-Approval
  • Legal Request (All)
  • Legal Request - Legal Docs

Status

Displays the status of the request. The options are:

  • Open
  • Completed
  • Cancelled

Displays the status of the task. The options are:

Assigned To

Displays the User ID of the person the task was assigned to.

Submitted By

Displays the USer ID of the FAM who assigned the task.

Submitted On

Displays the creation date of the task.
