Inbox

The Inbox is where you access your completed reports, Data Management update results, and customer communication messages. Once the activity is complete, a message is sent to your Inbox. Reports are available in your inbox for ten (10) calendar days after which are automatically deleted from your Inbox. Your reports and messages are listed in the order received, which may not be in the order you requested or generated. Those not previously viewed are in bold type and noted with a "New" tag.

NOTE: The Inbox is available on every page within the Customer Community.

Circle Check box

Use to choose an Inbox message.

NOTE: You can also choose an Inbox message by clicking on any part of the line item. The line turns gray indicating that it is selected.

RESULT: The message and download link displays under your email list.

Subject

Displays the name of the activity feature that generated the report.

Created

Displays the date the report was created.

Type

Displays the format of the file that was downloaded.

  • Standard
  • Custom
  • Multiple
  • Automated

Attachment

Displays the format the attachment is in:

  • CSV - tab delimited
  • XLS - Excel
  • PDF - Portable Document Format

Managing Your User Inbox

The following describes how to download (retrieve), cancel (close), and delete a report or message.

(to retrieve report)

From the Inbox, you can either select the check box or click on any part of the line item. The line turn grays indicating that it is selected.

RESULT: The Inbox screen expands.

To retrieve a report, select the download attachment link .

RESULT: The report displays showing the selected report or a message.

NOTES:

  • Your report can be produced in Tab delimited (*.cvs), Excel (*.xls), or .pdf format and can be saved to a personal directory of your choice.
  • When a excel report exceeds over 65,000 rows, it will automatically create multiple files.

To close the report, select .

To delete the report or message, click on the desired message, then, select the Delete button.

A pop up messages displays asking Are you sure you want to delete this report? Yes No. Once a message is deleted, it cannot be retrieved.

NOTE: Confirmation files are deleted after 10 calendar days.
